1.   Product Use and Restrictions

All products sold on this website are designated strictly for laboratory research purposes only. These products are not intended for human or animal consumption, not for use in clinical trials, not for therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, or performance-enhancing purposes, and have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or any other purpose. You agree to use these products only in controlled laboratory environments by qualified personnel and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.   Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold and their intended use, all sales are final except in the case of:

  1. Shipping damage

  2. Incorrect items received

To request a refund or replacement:

  • You must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographic evidence of damage or proof of incorrect shipment.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours will not be processed.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and prices may change without prior notice.

5.  Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, authorities, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or direct damages that arise from the use or misuse of our products.

7.  Prohibited Conduct

You may not:
- Use, administer, or distribute products for human or animal consumption,
- Resell or redistribute the products outside of controlled laboratory use,
- Use the products in any clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or diagnostic applications.
Violation of these conditions may result in order cancellation and account termination.
